China Rose Bawtry are hosting their 4th pensioners lunch celebrating the traditional Chinese Festival Chongyang, the Chinese festival of the ancestors.  Bawtry Pensioners are invited to enjoy a free celebration lunch on Sunday 14^th October 2018 from 12 noon until 4 pm.  Guests will be served a three course Chinese meal with tea or coffee plus enjoy musical entertainment from Alan Becks, a one man tribute to the Rat Pack plus Legends of Swing & 1950’s Jukebox Legends of Rock’n’Roll.

‘Family is held in very high esteem in Chinese culture with the young and elderly receiving extra special attention” said Carly Hui, Restaurant Manager “Celebrating this traditional Chinese Festival with our local community is always extra special.  The event has become very popular and we are only sorry that we have a limited number of places available”.

Pensioners interested in attending must complete an application form available at the bottom of this page or the China Rose reception.  However please be aware that places are limited and are available on a first come basis.
